Tyler is a 26-year veteran Blowing Rock agent who resides in Blowing Rock, NC.  After becoming an agent in 1999, Tyler worked for 2 prominent Blowing Rock firms for 24 years collectively.  After establishing a loyal network base of happy real estate clients over the years - both buyers and sellers - and earning many referrals, he decided to go out on his own as Head Broker, and establish his new firm: Blowing Rock Mountain Properties!  This boutique firm is focused on serving a few clients at a time, with detailed personalized attention to help accomplish their real estate goal of getting the best price and terms the market will bear, whether buying or selling!  Tyler has nothing but 5-star reviews and has consistently remained a multi-million dollar producer from his very first year in real estate, and has handled properties ranging from $20,000 to $3,000,000!   While vacationing in the High Country, Tyler and Malissa, his wife of 36 years, developed a true love for Blowing Rock.  The beautiful mountains, wonderful town, great schools, perfect climate, and many outdoor activities, made this the perfect place to raise their three children.  So in November 1997, Tyler and Malissa packed up and moved to a better life in Blowing Rock.  While in Florida, Tyler worked with two 5-star resorts and gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry.  Tyler's love for working with people and his love for the fitness field led him to a career in fitness training.  He attended both Palm Beach Atlantic College and Broward Community College, completing prerequisites for physical therapy.  In 1987, he completed Youth With A Mission's Discipleship Training School, serving in missions in the Philippines.  Later, with an interest in fitness, he went on to attend the Fitness Institute; he completed several fitness training courses, earning several training credentials.  Upon arriving in Blowing Rock, Tyler began a personal fitness training business, which he operated until committing to real estate full time.  The Bryson family attends church at Harvest House in Boone, and has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.  Tyler enjoys time with his family, hiking, fishing, and snowboarding, as well as just being outdoors.  Now as Head Broker with Blowing Rock Mountain Properties, with his 26 years of real estate experience and enthusiasm for the area, Tyler is eager to help accommodate all your real estate needs!
